This Privacy Policy explains how CampFlow.Pro ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use our dance-camp management platform at campflow.pro. We are the data controller for the account data of camp organizers; for dancer registrations, the camp organizer you register with is the controller and CampFlow.Pro acts as their processor.
We use this data solely to operate the service: to authenticate users, run camp registration and scheduling, generate invoices and exports, and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
We process data to perform our contract with organizers, on the basis of the legitimate interest of running and securing the platform, and — where applicable — on consent you provide at registration.
Registration data is visible to the organizer of the camp you registered for. We use reputable hosting infrastructure (currently Hostinger) to store and serve the application. We may disclose data where required by law.
We keep data for as long as the relevant camp and account remain active, and as needed for invoicing, legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the camp organizer you registered with, or us at the address below.
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to the admin area is restricted to authenticated organizers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Where a registered dancer is a minor, registration should be completed by a parent, guardian or the responsible organizer.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
