This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for payments made through CampFlow.Pro at campflow.pro. It covers two separate payments: the opening fee paid by camp organizers, and the per-couple registration fee paid by dancers at registration.
When you register for a camp on a plan where the fee is collected at registration, you pay a fixed CampFlow registration fee. This fee secures your place and is deducted from the price of your package, so it is not an additional cost on top of your package.
Refunds are issued to the card or wallet used at payment. Card networks typically take a few business days to show the credit.
The remaining balance of your package (the part you pay the organizer directly, usually at the camp) is handled by the organizer, not by CampFlow.Pro. Refunds of that portion, and of any coach or lesson fees paid to the organizer, are subject to the organizer's own terms. Please contact the organizer for those.
The one-time opening fee paid by an organizer to activate a camp is due before activation. Once a camp has been activated and made available for registrations, the opening fee is non-refundable, as the plan and its tools are then provisioned for that camp. If an activated camp has to be cancelled, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.
Dancers should contact the organizer of the camp they registered for, or email support@campflow.pro. Organizers can reply to any CampFlow email or write to the same address. Please include the camp name and, for a registration, the couple code shown after you paid.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a card dispute before contacting us can delay the outcome.
