These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CampFlow.Pro ("the Service") at campflow.pro. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CampFlow.Pro is a platform that helps dance-camp organizers manage registrations, coaches, packages, scheduling, invoicing and related tasks. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Organizer accounts are provided by CampFlow.Pro. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy and lawful use of any data you enter about coaches and dancers.
When a couple registers for a camp, they must provide accurate information. Registration details are made available to the organizer of that camp for the purpose of running the event.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, scrape or copy it, or use it to store unlawful content or to process data without a lawful basis.
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by CampFlow.Pro and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service. Data you enter remains yours.
CampFlow.Pro charges two kinds of fee, both shown before purchase:
Currency (organizer / package). The CampFlow.Pro fee is set in euros, per couple, according to the camp's plan. Under CampFlow.Pro's agreement with the organizer, the organizer deducts this fee from its package price. The currency in which the organizer prices its packages and applies this deduction depends on the organizer's own company and the law that applies to it. CampFlow.Pro is not responsible for the organizer's choice of currency, its package pricing, or any conversion the organizer applies, and is not a party to the contract between a dancer and an organizer.
Currency (dancer / payment). When a dancer pays the fee, the country and currency the dancer selects at checkout are used to bill that payment, and by selecting them and proceeding to pay the dancer accepts that country, currency and the price shown. Where a currency other than euro is offered (for example Romanian leu, RON), it is a fixed price shown at checkout, not a live currency conversion. Any difference arising from exchange rates, or from conversion applied by the dancer's own bank or card issuer, is the dancer's responsibility. CampFlow.Pro is not responsible for any loss or difference resulting from currency exchange.
What CampFlow collects, and what the organizer collects. Where the dancer prepays, CampFlow.Pro only ever collects and keeps its own per-couple fee; it does not receive, hold or remit the organizer's package revenue. The remaining balance of a package is collected by the organizer directly (typically at the camp). CampFlow.Pro is not a party to the contract between a dancer and an organizer for the camp itself, and is not responsible for the delivery of the camp, lessons or packages.
Organizer obligations. By requesting a camp, the organizer accepts that the per-couple fee applies as described, agrees to set package prices at or above the applicable fee, and is responsible for collecting any remaining balances from dancers and for the accuracy of the prices and packages it publishes.
Payment processing. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; CampFlow.Pro does not store full card numbers. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Applicable taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout.
Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: a dancer's registration fee is refundable until the schedule is generated, and in full if the camp is cancelled by the organizer; the organizer opening fee is non-refundable once the camp is activated.
A camp may be cancelled before it takes place. Organizers cannot delete a camp on their own; to cancel a camp, the organizer must contact CampFlow.Pro so it can be handled and the affected dancers looked after. When a camp is cancelled, each dancer's CampFlow registration fee is refunded in full to the original payment method. Any amounts paid directly to the organizer (package balances, accommodation and similar) are handled by the organizer under the organizer's own terms.
Once a camp has finished, it becomes read-only. Its schedule, registrations and records stay available to the organizer for reference and can be archived from the organizer's account, but they can no longer be edited, and the schedule can no longer be generated or regenerated.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep scheduling accurate and the platform available, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampFlow.Pro shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the CampFlow.Pro operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
